Annual Maintenance Contract (including repair work)
- Fixed price for the entire contract period;
- The cost includes maintenance (hereinafter – Maintenance) and all repair work (excluding spare parts);
- Restoration of equipment functionality without advance payment for spare parts;
- The ability to submit repair requests via the website from any device by registered users;
- Priority response to repair calls.
Annual Maintenance Contract (without repair work)
- Fixed price for the entire contract period;
- The cost includes maintenance only, without repair work.
One-time Repair Contract
- The cost is determined according to the current price list valid on the date the work is performed;
- The price is calculated based on:
the number of engineer working hours,
transportation of engineers to the work site,
the cost of spare parts required for the repair.
