Vitkovsky, who literally “revived” a Kodak Min-RS developer processor, manufactured in 2005, from May 5-6, 2026, thereby enabling the staff of the X-ray department of the Pinsk Interdistrict Oncology Dispensary to continue their professional activities. I would like to commend the high intellectual and ethical standards of engineers A.V. Vlasyuk and E.D. Vitkovsky, as well as their commitment to providing prompt and effective assistance under time constraints associated with the need for repairs at another healthcare facility. This positive result would not have been possible without the timely and competent management decision of Deputy Head of the Production Department, Shantilo Yu.A., whose patience, kindness, and tact, for many years, have allowed us to promptly and productively resolve the inevitable problems associated with the operation of X-ray equipment. In light of the above, I urge you to consider providing adequate financial incentives to engineers A.V. Vlasyuk and E.D. Vitkovsky, and Deputy Head of the Production Department, Yu.A. Shantilo.
